We took Luke to the fair last night. He loves to people watch and we all know that's a great place to do it!! His first big adventure was going down the big, giant slide with his daddy.
They made it to the tippy top with no problems. Justin wasn't sure if he would do it.

He didn't go on any other rides. He just liked to watch them go round. Next we ate. I had a hot dog that had a deep fried bun, yikes! We also shared the big mound of curly fries. Justin had a corn dog and a deep fried meatball stick thingy. He said it was awesome. Later I ate a cream cheese stuffed pretzel... soooo good! Justin also had to have his shakey lemonade. We walked off our disgusting dinner in the barns.
He was really into hearing the roosters crowing and watching the chickens eat and drink.
The sweet little bunnies had him smiling too! :)
Last stop the pony rides, Trigger was a good boy. Luke LOVED this so much last year that we couldn't get him away from it for long, so we saved it for last. We're getting smarter, huh!
I put Luke in the bath as soon as we got home and changed out of my dusty clothes. It was so chilly that I am glad we left when we did! All the way home and even later he kept asking if we liked the dragon kite ride. The Dragon kite is a Little Einsteins episode and the ride featured a chinese dragon. I think he was bummed that he didn't ride it when he had the chance!
