Thanksgiving Follow Up

I can't believe how fast the five days off went. I was actually feeling more tired and yucky. I thought the yucky would have gone away in the 1st trimester. It looks like it's here to stay! We did a lot of eating (well when I could) and playing. Luke helped me wrap some presents, we went sledding, decorated the house for Christmas, and saw lots of family! It was REALLY nice to take a nap each day with my little sweetheart... can we have nap in 1st grade because I could sure use one! :)
I'm sorry I have neglected the blog over the holiday break. I simply put my family first and didn't look back! Here are some things that happened last week in our fun classroom!!

In math we did a Thanksgiving Favorite Food Graph. Turkey was the winning category! I was surprised to see that two kiddos like cranberries best!

Mrs. Pascoe and Evan shared one of their best snow stories in honor of the snowflakes that were coming down out our window. Evan also shared a special thankful trail mix with us! Yum!
